CHAPTER IV

TARIFF

  Article 35. Incumbent upon the Federal District, by its own act of the Chief Executive, to fix the rate Taxi Service, defined in detailed technical study prepared by the State Department of Transportation's Federal District, after hearing the representative bodies of the class.


Article 38. Will be incorporated into the uniform tariff, corresponding to the starting value, checkered flag and kilometer during the period of six hours to twenty hours of Monday to Fridays, one flag, the following addons:


I - Flag 2, corresponding to the value of 1 kilometer on the flag, plus fifty per cent, in the following situations:
a) eight o'clock to six hours, Monday to Friday;
b) during the twenty-four hours from the Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
c) on unpaved roads;
d) in areas where there are signposts indicative own;
e) when there are more than three passengers, not including children under seven;

f) percussion of origin and destination airport.


II - when the volume exceeds luggage or a briefcase normal and two hand luggage will be subject to the following limits:
a) ten per cent of the fare for each excess volume may not exceed fifty percent of the amount charged for the race;
b) the excess baggage or volume will limit the load capacity of the vehicle;
III - stoppage time, corresponding to the value marked by the meter during the waiting passenger and when the vehicle facing traffic congestion.

Single paragraph. The rules on tariffs should be fixed in a conspicuous place, as regulated by national manager, to allow user understanding.

CAPÍTULO IV

DAS TARIFAS

Art. 35. Compete ao Distrito Federal, por ato próprio do Chefe do Poder Executivo, fixar a tarifa do Serviço de Táxi, definida em estudo técnico detalhado, elaborado pela Secretaria de Estado de Transportes do Distrito Federal, ouvidas as entidades representativas da classe.


Art. 38. Serão incorporados à tarifa única, correspondente ao valor de partida, bandeirada e de quilômetro rodado no período das seis horas às vinte horas, de segunda-feira a sextafeira, bandeira 1, os seguintes adicionais:


I — bandeira 2, correspondente ao valor do quilômetro rodado na bandeira 1, acrescido de cinqüenta por cento, nas seguintes situações:
a) das vinte horas às seis horas, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira;
b) durante as vinte e quatro horas dos sábados, domingos e feriados;
c) em vias não pavimentadas;
d) em áreas onde houver placas de sinalização própria indicativa;
e) quando houver mais de três passageiros, não computados os menores de sete anos;

f ) percusso de origem e destino ao aeroporto.


II — quando a bagagem ou volume exceder uma mala normal e dois volumes de mão, serão observados os seguintes limites:
a) dez por cento do valor da corrida, para cada volume excedente, não podendo exceder cinqüenta por cento do valor cobrado pela corrida;
b) o excesso de bagagem ou volume terá como limite a capacidade de carga do veículo;
III — hora parada, correspondente ao valor marcado pelo taxímetro por ocasião da espera do passageiro e quando o veículo enfrentar congestionamento de trânsito.

Parágrafo único. As regras sobre tarifas deverão ser fixadas em local visível, conforme regulamentado pelo órgão gestor, de forma a permitir a compreensão do usuário.
